Who we are

AdsTracker is an internal reporting tool operated by Mansul for its own advertising team. Questions about this policy or your data: [email protected].

What data we access

When the owner of an ad account connects it to AdsTracker, we receive through the platform's official integration:

  • ad account details — name, ID, status, currency, timezone and balance;
  • the structure and status of campaigns, ad groups and ads;
  • performance metrics — spend, impressions, clicks and conversions;
  • the basic profile identifier returned by the authorization (user ID and display name), to tell connections apart.

For members of our team we store their login email and a hashed password.

How we use it

Only to show our team how each ad account performs: reporting, return-on-spend calculations against our own conversion data, and alerts when an account's status or spend changes. We don't use the data for ad targeting, profiling or any purpose outside that reporting.

Access is read-only

AdsTracker reads reporting data. It doesn't create, edit or delete campaigns, ads, audiences or budgets.

Storage and security

Data is stored on our servers in the European Union and transmitted only over HTTPS. Access tokens and other credentials are encrypted (AES-256). The dashboard is available only to authenticated members of our team.

Sharing

We don't sell, rent or share this data. It is processed only by our hosting provider, as needed to run the service, or disclosed where the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

Data is kept while an ad account stays connected, and historical metrics may be kept for reporting. An account owner can revoke AdsTracker's access at any time in the ad platform's settings. To have stored data deleted, contact us at [email protected].

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
